Final Tracking ID's have gone out

Hia,
The final 200 tracking ID's have been sent out and the packages are on their way. There should be a notification in your inbox from backerkit. We've uploaded these earlier this week but apperently they didn't come through. Now they did! hooray!
The Canadian tracking ID's have been uploaded as well and are already underway.

Update on Canadian and USA shipments

Hi There,
Another short update on the Canada and US shipments.
At this point the games arrive at the canada fulfillment center (BoardgameBliss), they are aiming to have them all shipped out to you by the end of the week.
The USA shipments have been due and are going to be shipped this week as well. As soon as we receive the tracking codes we'll upload them to the backerkit interface and you'll receive a notification.

Shipping update for Canada

Hi there,
Here we are again with a short update on the shipping in north America.
The 2 pallets containing the games for Canada are en route to the US warehouse of Boardgamebliss, once they arrive there they'll be on the next freight truck to their warehouse in Canada, from that point on the fulfillment can start. We'll keep you posted on when this is.
We'll be looking forward to the final shipment for the USA as well. as soon as that happens we'll be sure to post another update.
Some people had their label created and then cancelled. This was due to either a defect in your package, or a double order of the labels. If this happened to you please check if your order will be sent in the remaining 200 orders.

Shipping in the USA continues

Dear Backers,
Just a short update.
Currently 90 more packages for USA backers have been packed, labeled and processed. The tracking ID's have been uploaded into backerkit. Also the first batch of packages have been picked up by UPS and should be visible on your tracker.
In the last update we talked about 1/3 of the shippingcosts being paid to the fulfillment partner. The final payment will be done posthaste and will be for the full 2/3. Partner is hard at work to get all the packages out there. Stay tuned for more info.
We'll be back soon with more news, also about Canadian packages.
Shipping process for North America

Dear US backer,
We've received word from our US-fulfillment partner that the first batch of shipping has gone out. We've uploaded the tracking codes for the UPS shipments into backerkit. At least 190 of you should have received a notification of that in their email inbox, from Backerkit. You can login there to receive the tracking ID.
Let's explain a little about the hiccups in the process first though. At the time of receival of the games in the USA, Game Envy was in the middle of their own fulfillment process. So they had to bump the fulfillment of Eastern Empires to the end of the line, their own fulfillment had priority. When it came to the fulfillment process they let us know that they didn't have the funds to fully ship out all the packages so a pre-payment had to be made. Which was made by us for 1/3rd of the shipment. Henceforth 190 packages could be send out. It's been a bit of a sluggish process at best, very sorry about that. But we promise that each and every one of you will receive their pledged game(s).
We have not received word on the pallet that is intended for Canada from Game-envy. Last we heard was it's ready to send on March 31st. Once we receive a message on this we'll let you know.
